Once we have reviewed your New Client Application and discussed your pet sitting needs, we will send you an email with a link to set up your private Client Portal.

Activate your portal account and fill out all the information needed to give the best care to your pets and home.

The instructions you provide help guide the questions we ask to make sure your pets get the best care possible.

We will set up a complementary Meet and Greet, where you get to know your pet visitors as they get to know your pets.


Should you choose to retain our services, we will need to pick up 2 copies of your keys (or obtain alternate method of entry) at that time.
